If you do end up resetting, don’t use the phone after that. Try Android data recovery software on it, sometimes it pulls old media.
Checked both, only a few old photos there.
Before you give up, double check Mi Cloud + Google Photos from browser. Sometimes stuff is there without realizing.

There was a method with flashing eng firmware, but risky and can wipe data anyway.
ADB tricks won’t work now since your PC lost authorization. Without root it’s basically locked out.

Have you tried rebooting and using fingerprint right away? Some phones allow it before forcing pattern.
Then honestly your options are super limited. Xiaomi encrypts everything, so no pattern = no access.
I logged in, but gallery sync wasn’t enabled sadly.
That sucks. Xiaomi & locked bootloader is a bad combo in this case. Did you have Mi Cloud sync on?
Changed my pattern yesterday and now I can’t remember it at all. Fingerprint not working without pattern. Bootloader locked, USB debugging was on but now PC isn’t authorized. I’ve got a lot of important photos/videos. Really don’t want to factory reset. Any ideas?
Makes sense. I’ll try a recovery scan first and avoid using the phone.
