Can’t Determine Volume Version and State – How to Fix and Recover Data?
I’m seeing an error that says “Unable to determine volume version and state” and now I can’t access my drive. I’m really worried about my data.
Has anyone run into this before? What’s the best way to fix it and recover files?
Thanks for any advice!

In Disk Management:
RAW means the drive has a partition, but the file system is missing or corrupted.
Unallocated means there’s no partition on that space—it hasn’t been set up yet.
