Your WD My Passport is being detected but not showing up in File Explorer, which usually means a partition or file system issue. Open Disk Management—if it shows as unallocated or RAW, don’t format it. If there’s no drive letter, right-click and assign one. If that doesn’t help, use any recovery software, to scan and recover your files. Let me know what you see in Disk Management, and I’ll guide you from there.
I dropped my phone yesterday and the screen is completely shattered. It’s not responding to touch at all, though the phone itself still turns on—I can hear notifications and vibrations. I have a lot of important photos and WhatsApp messages saved on it, but I never backed anything up to Google Drive or cloud.
Is there any way I can access or recover my data without using the touch screen? I’ve heard about USB OTG and connecting a mouse, but I’ve never tried that before. Has anyone here successfully recovered data from a phone in a similar condition? Really hoping there’s a way to get my stuff back. Any help or suggestions would mean a lot!

What is the best long-term data backup solution? I own an LTO 5, but LTO 8 won’t
Has anyone encountered the error: “Security on this drive has not been enabled” while trying to set a password on a SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD?
Just download DDU and run it in Safe Mode to remove your NVIDIA drivers. Then restart your PC and install the drivers again. You can find older drivers on NVIDIA’s website by looking up your GPU. Let me know if you want me to walk you through it!
Thanks for the help! Can you tell me how to use DDU to remove my NVIDIA drivers safely? Also, where can I find older drivers if I want to try rolling back?
.
If the crashes began after a driver update, roll back to the previous version. If your drivers are old, update them from the manufacturer’s site. Usually, updating first is a good idea. Let me know if you need help.
How do I know if I should update or roll back my graphics and network drivers?

“Can anyone help me with fixing the wdfilter.sys Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error on Windows? I keep encountering this issue, and I’m not sure what’s causing it. I’ve tried restarting and updating drivers, but the problem persists. Any solutions or troubleshooting steps I can try to resolve this?”
Hi Deno,
No antivirus or firewall is known to cause this, but some can interfere, so try turning them off for a while. Using a USB Wi-Fi or different network adapter can help check if it’s a hardware issue. Also, make sure your network drivers work with your Windows version. If it keeps happening, you may need to try more fixes or restore Windows.
I’ve been facing the same afd.sys BSOD issue, mostly while browsing. I’ve already tried sfc, DISM, updating drivers, and even malware scans—same as the original post. Before I go as far as restoring or reinstalling Windows, I wanted to ask: is there a known antivirus or firewall that causes this? Also, would testing with a different network adapter (like a USB Wi-Fi dongle) help rule out hardware problems?
My Synology DS415+ NAS don’t turn on, it may be out of order.
There is no way to access the files by just connecting the disks to the computer. I can’t try replacing the device itself – there is no similar device available.
How to extract data from hard disks after the NAS device broke down, from an inoperable disk array? (I hope that all drives are working and my data is still there)
Is there any well-tested data recovery tools for NAS solutions?
