Phone stuck in bootloop after battery died… coincidence or not?

My phone shut down at 2% battery yesterday. Charged it overnight and now it’s stuck in a bootloop. Logo > vibrate > restart. Never flashed ROMs or anything. Cache wipe didn’t help. What even caused this?

That’s wild. Phone was totally fine before this.

Low battery shutdowns can corrupt stuff, especially if it died while writing data. Happens more than people think.
