How to repair a corrupted video that has been recently recovered?

I have recently recovered a deleted video from recycle bin but when I played the video it showed a video corruption message. Please help to fix this issue.

The video file format is MP4 and video player I am using is VLC media player. Please help how can I make this video playable.
